These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Ms. Frankie AI ("Ms. Frankie," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, booking a demo, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our service

Ms. Frankie provides an AI voice receptionist and related automation for dental practices — answering calls, scheduling appointments, sending confirmations and reminders, and capturing messages. Features and availability may change as we improve the service.

Demos and trials

We may offer demos or trial periods. Any trial is provided as-is for evaluation, may be limited in scope or duration, and may be modified or ended at our discretion. Paid services, if any, are governed by the order or agreement you enter into with us.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.
Obtain any consents required for call recording, messaging, and communications with your patients under applicable law.
Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

Protected health information (HIPAA)

Where we handle protected health information (PHI) on behalf of a dental practice, we act as a Business Associate and such handling is governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between us and the practice. In the event of any conflict regarding PHI, the BAA controls.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Ms. Frankie is a tool to assist your front desk and is not a substitute for professional, clinical, or legal judgment. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ms. Frankie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
