Ms. Frankie is designed for the marketing, scheduling, and communications layer of a dental practice. Protected health information (PHI) that a clinic entrusts to us in the course of providing our service is handled under a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with that clinic, in accordance with HIPAA. This website itself collects business and contact information, not patient medical records.
